Kristin Jerman has managed Brown, Bradshaw & Moffat since January 2017. She has 20 years of experience in office management and has worked for various large and small law firms in Utah. Prior to joining Brown, Bradshaw & Moffat, Kristin oversaw budgets, cash flow, payroll, purchasing, vendor relations, and HR for multiple practices and firms in Utah and Nevada.
Kristin’s goal is to provide clients of Brown Bradshaw & Moffat with care, diligence, and excellent service. Kristin has two daughters and spends her free time traveling, going to concerts, and saying “hi!” to dogs!
Sam Torres joined the Brown, Bradshaw, & Moffat team in 2021. She is a Michigan native with a Bachelor's in Fine Art from Oakland University. Sam's passion for helping people has paired perfectly with her role as a paralegal in the realm of criminal defense and criminal justice. She has a willingness to go above and beyond to help clients.
Outside of the office, Sam works as a professional actress in the greater Salt Lake area in film, television, and theatre. She has been acting for over 20 years. She enjoys traveling, petting cats, and cooking.
Virginia Moreno-Bric joined the Brown, Bradshaw, & Moffat team in 2024. An aspiring attorney with a deep commitment to social justice. Born in Argentina and raised in Utah, she graduated from the University of Utah with a double major in Sociology and Criminology. Virginia’s career path has been shaped by her hands-on experience in family law and her work with youth in detention centers. Driven by a passion for advocating for those without a voice, especially juveniles, she is now applying to law school to continue her impactful work. Virginia enjoys spending time with her family, thrifting, and playing soccer outside of her professional life.
Martine Jan joined the Brown, Bradshaw, & Moffat team in 2024. A prospective law student with a University of Utah Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2025), Martine is a dedicated and driven legal assistant for the firm. Martine goes above and beyond to ensure clients are listened to, and connected with the proper attorney for their case. She is beyond grateful to be working with this powerhouse of a law firm.
In Martine’s free time, she enjoys watercolor painting, singing, and playing the guitar. She volunteers her time at cat shelters, providing care for mainly senior cats.
